All products are free of shipping, and if you have an emergency, you need to pay an additional $40 to use fast shipping.

Processing Time

It will take 2-3 business day to process order in stock. For customised or wholesale items, it will take about 8-10 business days to process. 

Shipping Time

The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standards and the shipping method you have chosen.

USPS is responsible for general shipping, which takes about 8 ~ 10 days from our factories to your destination.

FedEx is responsible for faster shipping, which takes about 4 ~ 6 days from our factories to your destination.

Shipping  Address

To provide a correct address for shipment is necessary. We encourage all customer double check your info before confirming payment. If you want to amend or change address, please contact us as soon as placing order. We will try our best to help you .

Undeliverable/unclaimed items

When an item is returned to us because no-one was home after 3 attempts, or because the item was not claimed by the client or because an incorrect postal address was given, the you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery. 

Returns

We do provide 30-day Exchange and Return policy. You will be responsible for the cost of exchange & return shipping back to Will hair wig if it’s not because of product quality.
